Daiwa's familiar Ballistic reel has been redesigned and upgraded. Retaining the LT Concept for the ultimate in Light and Tough performance, but now made complete with a Monocoque Body (MQ) for even more power and a more compact frame.
An MQ frame design allows for a larger gear inside of the reel, which adds power and longevity to the gear set. Moreover, there is a 360 degree screw-in side plate, foregoing any need for removes for traditional side plate screws. Without a doubt, more compact and a more weather resistant housing.
