The COUNTER BACK spoon's key feature is that it does not flutter. While researching bass reactions to various lures, we discovered that fish overwhelmingly prefer a backslide fall over a horizontal flutter fall. As a result, our engineering team focused on designing a large spoon that consistently backslides on the fall. We achieved the perfect balance between blade thickness and an asymmetrical body shape through extensive prototyping and testing. This design ensures a swift backslide fall, even when the line is slack. Created with input from BASS Elite Pro Kyoya Fujita, the COUNTER BACK is the only large spoon on the market that meets his exacting standards.
